Yes, first I want to thank the customer service for being patient with me. I’ve asked a lot of questions and they were always kindly answering all of them. I have made my order 3 weeks ago and just received my doll. The product was thoughtfully packed and the doll arrived untouched. She’s definitely heavy, but I’ve learned how to manage her pretty fast. I am grateful for all the free gifts that I have received. I hope to be able to buy another doll from you in the future.
