Yes, communication with the customer service team was splendid. The product arrived 3 weeks after the payment. It’s a very high-end doll as good as my Japanese doll (which is way more expensive). I can’t say how good the sex is because I use this doll for photography, but judging by how flexible she is and how sexy the body is I can imagine it has to be great;)) Overall I am a happy customer! Nothing to complain.
